At last! A Bucket Elevator that offers complete, no-hassle operation and
unlimited versatility in size and configuration.
Smalley's Versa-Lift allows you to trip any bucket, anywhere, on any horizontal
span. Multiple discharges, on the same horizontal span, can be provided easily
and cleanly. Multiple raised horizontal spans can be provided, allowing for
product discharge at more than one level. Versa-Lift can be built in painted
carbon steel or in stainless steel with a wet glass bead finish.

Versa-Lift
is equipped with an acetal chain, 3.4" pitch and with stainless steel pins
and cross rods. The cross rods prevent any spreading of the chain and
subsequently eliminate the risk of buckets falling out.

Buckets and Trip

Standard buckets are white
polypropylene with metal bushings at the pivot points and an outboard
replaceable acetal gear for tripping. Buckets are also available in white
polycarbonate and white polyethylene. Bucket options include dimpled
interior surfaces, metal detectability, and AgION anti-microbial
impregnation. Buckets overlap only in the infeed area, eliminating jamming.
Buckets rotate a full 360 at the trip and then return to upright. Trips are
available as fixed or airoperated on demand.
